How to Return

2. 2We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. 3Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. 4Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return

Eligible Items

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Costumes and accessories that have been worn by pets are still eligible — we understand it's hard to know if it fits until you try!
